SHOW REGULATIONS

Location

MainStrasse Village, Covington, Kentucky
On the 6th Street, tree-lined promenade, with possible expansion into Goebel Park. Shows will be held regardless of weather. We are unable to reschedule.
Hours 9:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m.

These are the advertised show hours and it is imperative that our vendors adhere to these hours. Early tear-down will result in the suspension of future show participation.
Set-up

The City of Covington has stated that vendors may not set up before 7:00 a.m. in this residential area.

The City of Covington Police will strictly enforce this policy. Any violation will result in forfeiture of show space. This could also lead to the termination of these shows by the City of Covington.
Parking There is direct access to your space. However, your vehicle may not remain parked on the islands. After unloading, you must move your vehicle before beginning to set up.
Requirements Antique and Vintage Collectible items only are permitted for display and/or sale. Crafts, reproductions, flea market items, new merchandise and items such as Beanie Babies are not permitted for display/sale. If not complying with this requirement, you will be asked to leave.

Deadlines In order to participate and have an assigned space, your completed form and payment must be received no later than the 1st of the month for the show you plan to participate in. There will be no exceptions to this deadline.
Waiver of Liability Neither show owners, Cindy and Tom Scheidt, nor MainStrasse Village Association, are to be held responsible for any injury, loss, theft or damage to your property, person or customers resulting from your participation in this event. By signing the show contract, you do agree to this waiver of liability.

Please note, however, that we still must receive a signed contract from you, via the U.S. Mail, by the deadline noted above.

Confirmation Upon receipt of your completed contract and monies due, a confirmation will be returned to you via e-mail.
Your Space The night before the show, your last name will be marked on your space. On the day of the show, if you are unable to locate your space, please come to the booth at 6th and Main near the Goose Girl Fountain and we will be able to assist you.
